The actual act of working with a skilled professional who is removed from the situation and who can offer supportive listening
and guidance can promote growth and change.
Early intervention is important. Taking the step now to seek counseling can prevent symptoms
and problems from worsening.
Some insurances are accepted (including Shaw).
Regretfully, at this time, I cannot accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield of AL, Medicaid, and All Kids. If
you have Tricare, please know that a referal from the family doctor is necessary. For those wanting
or needing to pay for services, I have a reasonable self pay fee.

Services include:
- Individual sessions
- Family Sessions
- Anger Management groups for children of all ages ( a minimum of 3 per group, maximum
of 8)
- Art therapy
- Groups for self-esteem
- Parenting classes, both on an individual basis and in a group setting (groups must be
a minimal of 4 participants before a group can form)
- Training classes to assist parents and professionals with dealing with various children's problems
(including divorce, reactive attachment, self mutalation, and eating disorders).
- Professional seminars.
